About The Campus at SGV

The Campus at SGV is a 704,620 square foot, low-rise suburban office campus situated just 20 miles East of Downtown Los Angeles and minutes from major freeways. Comprised of three separate buildings, the campus was developed in 1989 by Home Savings of America and originally served as their state of the art corporate headquarters.

Both 4900 and 4910 Rivergrade buildings are steel framed construction with brick façade, and the 4920 Rivergrade building is tilt up construction. The project is distinguished by a LEED® Gold certification, an Energy Rating of 79%, Wired Score Gold certification, as well as an International TOBY Award. In 2016, renovations were completed on the 4900 Rivergrade building, which included an upgraded gym facility, racquetball courts, locker rooms, restroom finishes training rooms, and common area lounge.
